My Take on Apple Cobbler
This is the apple version of my Peach Cobbler Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine the following, bring to boil, and simmer for 10 minutes: 6-7 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Remove from heat and stir in the following: 2 tablesppons flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamin 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Put 8 tablespoons unsalted butter in 3-quart baking dish and place in oven to melt.
