  • 2 1/2 pounds medium red potatoes, scrubbed, boiled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced or chopped red onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Garlic Dressing to coat

Place in refridgerator and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
