  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Divide into 4 equal portions. Form patties by hand or use a hamburger patty press.

On a grill or in a skillet, cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until all the pink disappears.
