Let 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease 9x13 with shortening (e.g., Crisco) or unsalted butter.

In a stand mixer, beat (medium speed) the soften cookie dough with 1/2 cup all purpose flour.

Press the dough evenly onto bottom and a bit up the sides of the prepared pan then bake for 20 minutes.

While the dough bakes, beat 3 large eggs in bowl until light and fluffy.
