Adobo Sauce
I usually just use this as a marinade. Mix the following in blender… 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 tablespoons oregano 6 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons salt 1 medium red onion (quartered) 1/4 cup oil (Olive or Canola) Blend until desired consistency.
