- 2 cups tomoates (no skins)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 bunch snipped parsley

Place everything in a well buttered ceramic or glass oven dish, cover with the fried breadcrumbs.
Bake in oven until breadcrumbs are nicely brown. Remove and serve.
