  • 1/3 cup cococnut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or rice-wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • a few dashes of hot sauce to taste

Toss with…

  • 2 dozen chicken wings

Place in the refrigerator for at least 1-hour or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

On a rimmed baking sheet, place wire baking rack(s).

Spread the marinated chicken wings evenly on the backing rack. Place baking sheet in oven for about 30-minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

For crispy skin, turn the oven on low broil and broil for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
