- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
In another bowl, mix together…
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 small egg, beaten
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Blend just until minxed and large lumps are dissolved. Do not overbeat.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
Bake until golden brown, 55-minutes or so. Remove from pan and serve.
