Reduce heat to low, allow the gravy to thicken, strirring frequently. You can adjust the the amount of milk for a thicker or thinner gravy.
Serve with my favorite baking powder biscutis or buttermilk bisucuits.
Note: it’s best to serve hot and fresh, but I have kept leftovers in the fridge to be used over chicken fried steak or fried potatoes
